9-year-old boy with autism handcuffed at elementary school – WABC-TV

FRANKLIN, Indiana (WABC) —

The father of a 9-year-old boy with autism who was handcuffed at school claims his son was defending himself towards bullying when he was arrested.

But a witness claims the boy received into an argument with one other scholar at Needham Elementary School in Indiana, pushed him down and commenced choking him.

The witness stated the boy then jumped on a instructor’s again and a second instructor had to assist.

Police confirmed the boy is accused of battering a scholar and two academics.
