  1. This was very informative. My nephew has autism and is 3 years old. We live in Chicago so I will be looking more into Rush, although we have done a study with Northwestern. I have been telling my sister I believe it comes from our side of the family. My sister and I, 2 of 4 daughters, have anxiety and I feel I have hyperactive brain function, my brain never shuts off and at times I have poor speech because it's hard for me to express my many thoughts at once. Sometimes I don't make sense because I'll skip a verb or word in the sentence. It is hard for me to sleep especially when I have exams, I feel because of the high brain stimulation during those periods. I feel my nephew has many, if not all fragile x factors. I will definitely follow your studies.

    Thank you for your work!
